In the wake of two devastating explosions, our last meeting of the semester will examine these two national tragedies with a Marxist lens. What does the aftermath of the Boston bombing say about racism in our nation? How can we draw links between individual acts of terrorism and systematic prioritizing of people over profit? What role has media played in creating assumptions about each incident? What are our next tasks?
